摘　　要：在国内经济发展速度持续加快之际,项目规模明显变大,这就使得管理更加复杂,若想保证项目管理更具实效,必须要对信息技术加以充分利用,使得项目管理的信息化程度大幅提升,确保管理中出现的相关问题能够顺利解决,如此方可带来更为理想的管理效果。As the speed of domestic economic development continues to accelerate,the scale of the project has increased significantly,which makes the management more complicated.In order to ensure more effective project management,it is necessary to make full use of information technology,so that the degree of informatization of project management is greatly improved,the related problems in management can be solved smoothly,so as to produce more ideal management effect.
