浮针治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的研究浮针疗法用于治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效及其对患者疼痛症状的改善情况,以期为临床治疗提供参考。方法选取2020年7月至2021年6月内江市中医医院收治的60例颈型颈椎病患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,各30例。观察组患者予浮针疗法,对照组患者予电针疗法。以颈椎病治疗成绩评分量表和视觉模拟评分法(VAS)为评价指标,比较两组患者临床疗效。结果两组患者治疗后颈椎病治疗成绩评分均高于治疗前,VAS评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组患者颈椎病治疗成绩评分高于对照组,VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论浮针疗法对颈型颈椎病疗效确切,可显著改善患者的临床症状,值得在临床推广。Objective To study the clinical effect of floating needle therapy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis and the improvement of pain status,in order to provide reference for clinical treatment.Methods A total of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis treated in Neijiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Floating needle was used to treat patients in observation group,while electroacupuncture was used to treat patients in control group.The clinical efficacy of cervical spondylosis was compared between the two groups using the evaluation scale and visual analog scale(VAS).Results After treatment,the scores of cervical spondylosis in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the VAS scores were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of cervical spondylosis in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the VAS score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The therapeutic effect of observation group was better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Floating needle has a great therapeutic effect for cervical type of cervical spondylopathy,and it can relieve clinical symptoms of patients,whichis worth popularizing in clinical practice.
