摘　　要：以城市存量开发和精细化治理为导向,探索构建渭河宝鸡段老城区滨水空间活力评价体系,有助于为老城区滨水空间更新提供更加科学精准的量化依据。在综合考虑景观的功能性和在地性的基础上,从区位、空间、生态、设施、文化5个活力维度遴选指标因子,采用PSPL调研法、层次分析法等研究方法,建立活力评价体系,对老城区滨水空间活力进行定量评价。结果表明,老城区滨水空间区位活力优势明显,但空间、生态、设施及文化活力存在明显差异。基于活力评价结果,提出改善路网结构提升可达性、增强空间连续性与空间参与度、优化竖向空间层次、丰富空间组合形式、优化视线通廊及服务设施、打造具有地方特色的历史文化展示廊道等设计策略,为渭河宝鸡段老城区滨水空间活力营造决策提供一定的参考和技术支持。The exploration of how to establish waterfront space vitality evaluation system for Old Baoji Town Section of Weihe River, with urban stock land development and refined governance as the guide, can provide a more science-based and accurate quantitative basis for the waterfront space renewal in the old Baoji Town. On the basis of comprehensive consideration of functionalization and localization of the landscape, the paper uses PSPL survey method and AHP methods to construct the vitality evaluation system for the quantitative evaluation of the waterfront space vitality in the old town section of Weihe River, which is composed of the screened indexes at the five vitality dimensions of location, space, ecology, facilities and culture. The evaluation results show that there is obvious advantages in location vitality of the old town section, while obvious differences can be found among the vitality of space, ecology, facilities and culture. Based on the results, a series of vitality creation strategies are proposed, including the road network structure improvement for better accessibility, enhancement of spatial continuity and participation, creation of rich vertical layers of space, shaping the multiple forms of spatial combination, optimization of landscape corridors and service facilities, and building historical and cultural display corridors with local characteristics, with the expectation to provide reference and technical support for the vitality creation decision-making for the Weihe River waterfront space in the old Baoji Town.
