摘 要:采用先腐蚀后磨损交互试验,并以常温干态纯磨损作为对比试验,对比分析3种不同腐蚀周期的腐蚀试验后再磨损以及腐蚀磨损多次交互后的钢轨试样磨损失重以及表面磨损形貌,研究腐蚀对U71MnG钢轨磨损的影响。结果表明:相对未经腐蚀的钢轨试样,经过腐蚀的钢轨试样平均磨损速率更大,磨损失重更多。腐蚀磨损交互试验中,随着腐蚀周期延长以及交互次数的增多,磨损速率增大,磨损失重增多。交互试验的磨损过程中磨损机理虽然也以表面疲劳磨损和氧化磨损为主,但是在磨损前的腐蚀作用下,表面疲劳和氧化加剧。在试样表面产生的腐蚀磨损剥落坑的尺寸更大、深度更深,其表面损伤程度比只进行磨损的试样表面损伤程度更严重。并且,试样表面磨损程度随着交互次数增多及腐蚀周期延长而加重。明确了腐蚀对钢轨磨损的影响,为腐蚀环境下钢轨的服役安全提供理论指导。To study the effect of corrosion on the wear of U71MnG rail steel,the interaction experiment of corrosion and wear was adopted,and the pure wear experiment under the dry condition at normal temperature was used as the contrast experiment to analyze the wear mass loss and surface wear morphology of rail samples after three different corrosion cycles and multiple interaction of corrosion and wear.The results show that the average wear rate and wear mass loss of corroded rail specimens are higher than those of uncorroded rail specimens.In the interaction experiments,the wear rate and mass loss increase with the increase of corrosion cycle and interaction time.In the wear process of interaction experiments,although the wear mechanism is mainly surface fatigue wear and oxidation wear,the surface fatigue and oxidation are intensified under the action of corrosion before wear.After the interaction experiments,the size and depth of the erosion and wear spalling pits on the surface of samples are larger and deeper,and the surface damage degree is more serious than that of the sample with pure wear experiment.Moreover,the degree of surface wear increases with the increase of interaction time and corrosion cycle.The results clarify the effect of corrosion on the wear of U71MnG rail steel and provide a theoretical basis for assessing the service safe in corrosion environment of U71MnG rail.
