粤港澳大湾区旅游开放度与对外经济开放度关系  

An Empirical Study on the Relationship between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s Tourism Openness and Economic Opening to the Outside World

摘　　要：粤港澳大湾区作为我国第一个世界级湾区,在国家发展大局中具有战略意义,入境旅游作为其发展中的一大强劲拉力,对大湾区经济发展意义重大。在此背景下,研究粤港澳大湾区旅游开放度与对外经济开放之间的关系可以为大湾区建设提供新的思路。文章选取外资开放度和外贸开放度作为对外经济开放度的指标,通过协整分析和格兰杰因果检验研究对外经济开放度与旅游开放度之间的因果关系。研究结果表明:粤港澳大湾区旅游开放度与对外经济开放度(包括外资开放度和外贸开放度)之间没有因果关系。文章分析了产生这一结果的原因,并对促进粤港澳大湾区旅游开放与对外经济开放发展提出建议。As the first world-class bay area in China,Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area is of great significance in China’s overall development.As a strong pulling force in its development,inbound tourism is of great significance to the economic development of the Great Bay area.In this background,the study of the relationship between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s tourism openness and economic opening to the outside world can provide new ideas for the construction of the Great Bay area.This paper selects foreign investment openness and foreign trade openness as indicators of foreign economic openness,and studies the causal relationship between foreign economic openness and tourism openness through cointegration analysis and Granger causality test.The results show that there is no causal relationship between Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s tourism openness and foreign economic openness(including foreign investment openness and foreign trade openness).This paper analyzes causes for this result,and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the development of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s tourism opening and economic opening to the outside world.
