山西太行山森林康养旅游发展战略研究

摘　　要：森林康养旅游是践行绿水青山就是金山银山,实现乡村振兴的重要途径。文章基于EFE和IFE矩阵筛选出影响山西太行山森林康养旅游建设的主要战略因素,并构建了SWOT模型;采用层次分析法分析了山西太行山森林康养旅游发展的主要优势、劣势、机遇与威胁;运用四象限法确定战略坐标,并提出相应对策建议。结果表明:1)山西太行山森林康养旅游发展机遇较大,优势较强,劣势和威胁相对较小。其中最大优势为气候环境优越;主要劣势为基础设施落后,服务体系匮乏;最大机遇是政策有力支持;最大威胁是生态保护任务艰巨。2)战略坐标P(X,Y)=(0.059,0.6872),战略强度系数为0.9603,山西太行山森林康养旅游应积极采取竞争型发展战略,促进当地可持续发展。Forest health tourism is an important approach to fulfill the concept that green mountains are gold and silver mountains,and realize the rural revitalization.Based on EFE and IFE matrix,this paper screens out main strategic factors affecting the forest health tourism construction in Taihang Mountains in Shanxi Province,and constructs the SWOT model.Then it adopts AHP to analyze main advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the current development of forest health tourism in Taihang Mountains in Shanxi Province.Finally it uses 4-quadrant method to fix strategic coordinate and puts forward corresponding suggestions.The results show that:1)The development of forest health tourism in Taihang Mountains in Shanxi Province enjoys more opportunities and advantages while the disadvantages and threats are less,where the biggest advantage is superior climate environment,the main disadvantages are backward infrastructure and scarcity of service system,the biggest opportunity is strong policy support,and the biggest threat is the arduous task of the ecological conservation 2)The strategic coordinate P(X,Y)is(0.059,0.6872),and the coefficient of strategic intensity is 0.9603.The forest health tourism in Taihang Mountains in Shanxi Province should vigorously adopt the competitive development strategy to promote the local sustainable development.
