摘  要:利用最新统计数据从比较优势和竞争优势两个方面对我国入世20年来服务贸易的现状及国际竞争力的变化与趋势进行分析。结果表明:入世20年来,除加工和旅游服务外,我国其他各类服务贸易的国际竞争力均有提升,其中新兴服务贸易国际竞争力提升幅度显著高于传统型和与货物有关的服务贸易国际竞争力提升幅度。同时通过对比发现,竞争优势指数的提升是我国服务贸易国际竞争力增强的主要原因。基于研究结论和当前国际形势,文章提出了促使我国服务贸易国际竞争力进一步提升的对策建议。On the basis of the latest statistical data and in the two aspects of comparative advantage and competitive advantage,this paper analyzes the current situation of service trade as well as the change and trend of its international competitiveness in the past 20 years after China’s entry into WTO.The results show that the international competitiveness of China’s other types of service trades has improved except for processing and tourism services in the past 20 years since China’s entry into WTO,in which the international competitiveness of emerging service trade is significantly higher than those of traditional and goods-related services.At the same time,an comparative analysis finds that the improvement of competitive advantage index is the main cause for the enhancement of the international competitiveness of China’s service trade.Finally,based on the research findings and the current international situation,it puts forward countermeasure suggestions to promote the further improvement of the international competitiveness in China’s service trade.
