摘  要:为了研究解淀粉芽孢杆菌QST713对低钙胁迫下黄瓜幼苗生长及光合作用的影响,以津优4号黄瓜为试验材料,采用椰糠盆栽,通过减少Hoagland营养液中钙的用量来模拟低钙胁迫,测定了黄瓜幼苗生物量、叶片相对含水量、相对电解质渗透率、光合色素含量,研究了不同处理下黄瓜幼苗光合气体交换参数和叶绿素荧光参数。结果表明,低钙胁迫下,黄瓜幼苗生长受到抑制、生物量显著减少,相对生长速率显著降低,叶片受到伤害相对含水量显著降低,细胞膜受到损伤相对电解质渗透率显著升高,光合色素含量显著降低引起光合作用的降低,Pn、Tr、Gs、Ci均显著降低;叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、ETR、qP均显著降低,NPQ显著升高。施加解淀粉芽孢杆菌QST713的处理,低钙胁迫黄瓜幼苗的生长得到一定程度改善,植株生物量、相对生长速率、叶片相对含水量显著升高,相对电解质渗透率显著下降;施加解淀粉芽孢杆菌QST713能够促进低钙胁迫下叶绿素的积累,增强黄瓜幼苗光合能力,光合气体交换参数显著提高,黄瓜幼苗叶片的叶绿素荧光参数Fv/Fm、ΦPSⅡ、ETR和qP显著提高,NPQ显著下降。解淀粉芽孢杆菌QST713能够有效缓解低钙胁迫对黄瓜幼苗的抑制作用,提高黄瓜幼苗对低钙胁迫的耐受性。In order to study effect of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 on growth and photosynthesis of cucumber seedlings under low calcium stress,’Jinyou 4’cucumber was used as the tested material, and potted coco peat was used to simulate low calcium by reducing the amount of calcium in the Hoagland nutrient solution. Under stress, cucumber seedling biomass,relative leaf water content, relative electrolyte permeability, photosynthetic pigment content were measured, and photosynthetic gas exchange parameters and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of cucumber seedlings under different treatments were studied.The results showed that under low calcium stress, cucumber seedling growth was inhibited, biomass was significantly reduced,relative growth rate was significantly reduced, relative water content of damaged leaves was significantly reduced, relative electrolyte permeability was significantly increased because of damage of cell membranes, and content of photosynthetic pigment was significantly reduced, resulting in a decrease in photosynthesis. Pn, Tr, Gs, Ci were all significantly reduced;the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters including Fv/Fm, ΦPS Ⅱ, ETR, qP were all significantly reduced, and NPQ was significantly increased. The treatment of applying Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 could improve growth of cucumber seedlings to a certain extent. Plant biomass, relative growth rate and leaf relative water content were increased significantly, and relative electrolyte permeability were decreased significantly. Application of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 could promote accumulation of chlorophyll under low calcium stress, enhance photosynthetic capacity of cucumber seedlings, significantly increase photosynthetic gas exchange parameters, chlorophyll fluorescence parameters including Fv/Fm, ΦPSⅡ, ETR, and qP of cucumber seedling leaves were significantly increased, and NPQ was significantly decreased. It could be seen that Bacillus amyloliquefaciens QST713 could effectively alleviate the inhibitory effect
