摘  要:利用超声波水浴对土壤标准物质(GBW07405)进行消解,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定Mn、Co、As、Ag、Cd、Sb和Bi的含量。研究了提取试剂、王水用量、超声提取温度和超声提取时间对测定准确度的影响。最佳消解条件为:样品100 mg,王水3 mL,于60℃超声水浴提取45 min。该方法的准确度为-3.00%~3.94%,精密度为1.22%~8.62%,优于常规水浴和电热板消解,可提高土壤中多种元素的溶出率,具有简便、安全、高效和准确等优点,适用于土壤样品中Mn、Co、As、Ag、Cd、Sb和Bi元素的快速批量检测。The certified reference materials(CRM)of soil(GBW07405)were digested by ultrasonic-assisted extraction,and the contents of Mn,Co,As,Ag,Cd,Sb and Bi were measured by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The effects of the factors in ultrasonic-assisted extraction on the accuracy of multi elements were systematically investigated.The optimum digestion conditions were as follow:100 mg of samples,3 mL of aqua regia,ultrasonic-assisted extracting at 60℃for 45 min.The relative errors of this method are-3.00%-3.94%,and the relative standard deviations are 1.22%-8.62%.The accuracy of this method is better than conventional water bath extraction and hot block digestion.The ultrasonic-assisted extraction is characterized with handy,secure,efficient and accurate,which is suitable for the batch analysis of multi elements in soil.
