摘　　要：康复紧缺人才培训是国家进行基层卫生健康人才建设的重要措施,随着康复医学的发展,康复专业医师的培养越来越重要,2018年10月,广西卫生健康委员会启动临床急需紧缺人才培养项目-康复医师紧缺人才培训项目,加强康复医师人才队伍建设。该文从指导思想、建设目标、培训管理、培训内容、培训考核、定期回访等方面提出几点建议,为该区康复医学人才培养做出有意义的探索。Rehabilitation and shortage of talents training is an important measure for the country to build grass-roots health talents.With the development of rehabilitation medicine,the training of rehabilitation professionals is becoming more and more important.In October 2018,the Guangxi Health and Health Commission launched the clinical urgently needed talent training project-rehabilitation physician urgently needed talent training project to strengthen the construction of the rehabilitation physician talent team.The paper puts forward some suggestions from the aspects of guiding ideology,construction goals,training management,training content,training assessment,and regular return visits,so as to make meaningful explorations for the cultivation of rehabilitation medicine talents in the district.
