摘　　要：目的研究心衰日记模本在慢性心力衰竭患者的院外管理中的应用效果。方法以该院2021年1—2月期间的14名护士作为研究对象,按照随机数表法将其分成对照组(n=7)和观察组(n=7),以同年来该院住院治疗的80例慢性心力衰竭患者,按照同样方法分成观察A组(n=40)和对照A组(n=40),展开对照研究,从护士角度和患者角度分析护理管理质量的影响效果。结果观察组护理人员的管理质量高于对照组护理人员,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性心力衰竭患者通过心衰日记模本进行护理干预,能够有效提升护理质量,应用价值高,值得推广。Objective To study the effect of heart failure diary model in out-of-hospital management of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 14 nurses in the hospital from January to February 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into the control group(n=7)and the observation group(n=7)according to the random number table method.Taking 80 patients with chronic heart failure who were hospitalized in the hospital in the same year,they were divided into observation group A(n=40)and control group A(n=40)according to the same method to carry out a controlled study.The effect of nursing management quality was analyzed from the perspective of nurses and patients.Results The management quality of the nursing staff in the observation group was higher than that of the nursing staff in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention in patients with chronic heart failure through the heart failure diary model can effectively improve the quality of nursing,and has high application value,which is worthy of promotion.
