摘　　要：目的观察PDCA护理管理模式在门诊烧伤伤口换药中的应用效果。方法选取2019年2月—2021年2月该院门诊在职护理人员20名,根据时间不同分为对照组(2019年2月—2020年2月)和观察组(2020年3月—2021年2月),对照组采取传统护理管理模式,观察组采取PDCA护理管理模式,对比两段时期护理人员包扎方法规范性、换药疼痛知识普及能力以及心理素质。结果观察组护理人员在环形包扎法、蛇形包扎法、螺旋形包扎法、旋转反折形包扎法、回反形包扎法、8字形包扎法、多头带包扎法等包扎方法规范性评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员疼痛评估、药物作用、药物反应及非药物镇痛等换药疼痛知识普及能力评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员心理能力、心理品格、自我适应、环境适应、心理动力等心理素质评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论PDCA护理管理模式可显著提升门诊烧伤伤口换药护理人员的包扎规范性、疼痛知识普及能力,强化其心理素质,提高工作效率及质量。Objective To observe the application effect of PDCA nursing management model in outpatient burn wound dressing change.Methods A total of 20 outpatient nurses in the hospital from February 2019 to February 2021 were selected.According to different time,they were divided into control group(February 2019 to February 2020)and observation group(March 2020 to February 2021).The control group adopted the traditional nursing management mode,and the observation group adopted the PDCA nursing management mode.The standardization of dressing methods,the ability to popularize knowledge of dressing pain,and the psychological quality of nursing staff were compared between the two periods.Results Nurses in the observation group of normative scores in the wrapping methods such as ring wrapping method,snake wrapping method,spiral wrapping method,rotational inversion wrapping method,reverse wrapping method,figure 8 wrapping method and multi-head band wrapping method higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing staff's pain assessment,drug effect,drug response and non-drug analgesia and other pain knowledge popularization ability scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The psychological quality scores of the nursing staff in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The PDCA nursing management model can significantly improve the standardization of dressing and popularization of pain knowledge among outpatient burn wound dressing change nurses,strengthen their psychological quality,and improve work efficiency and quality.
