流动人口艾滋病预防和控制措施分析

摘　　要：艾滋病的危害性极强且病死率高,属于一种世界范围内重点防控的传染性疾病。诚然在当前的医疗技术下并没有切实研发出用于艾滋病治愈的药物,但可以预防。对于我国的流动人口来说,存在着较高的艾滋病感染及传播风险,所以必须要实施重点防控。基于此,该文分析流动人口与艾滋病的关联性,以及流动人口易感染艾滋病的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了进一步完善相关防控政策、切实掌握区域内流动人口的规则、持续强化宣传教育力度、重点针对高校学生落实艾滋病防控、引入对艾滋病感染者和患者(PLWHA)的综合管理等一系列流动人口艾滋病防控的优化措施。AIDS is extremely harmful and has a high fatality rate.It is an infectious disease that is focused on prevention and control worldwide.It is true that under the current medical technology,there is no effective drug for AIDS cure,but it can be prevented.For our country's floating population,there is a high risk of HIV infection and transmission,so key prevention and control measures must be implemented.Based on this,this paper analyzes the relationship between the floating population and AIDS,and the main reasons why the floating population is susceptible to HIV infection.On this basis,a series of AIDS prevention and control measures were proposed,such as further improving the relevant prevention and control policies,effectively grasping the rules for the floating population in the region,continuously strengthening publicity and education,focusing on the implementation of AIDS prevention and control for college students,and introducing a series of optimization measures for the prevention and control of AIDS among the floating population,such as the integrated management of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA).
