摘　　要：目的了解2001—2019年江门市新发现麻风病例流行趋势和流行特征,为开展麻风病防治工作提供依据。方法通过全国麻风防治管理信息系统(LEPMIS)收集江门市2001年1月—2019年12月的麻风病例资料,对新发现麻风病例的基本情况进行回顾性分析。结果2001—2019年江门市共新发现麻风病例87例,年平均发现率为0.11/10万。男女比例为1.72:1,病例平均发病年龄为45.5岁;本地户籍与外地户籍之比为5.21:1;多菌型(MB)73例,占83.91%;病例平均延迟期为28个月;Ⅱ级畸残16例,畸残率为18.39%。结论江门市麻风病处于较为平稳的低流行状态,但仍存在早期发现力度不足,流动人口麻风病例等问题,应制定相关的防治措施,更好地控制麻风病的传播。Objective To understand the epidemic trend and epidemiological characteristics of newly discovered leprosy cases in Jiangmen City from 2001 to 2019,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of leprosy.Methods The data of leprosy cases in Jiangmen City from January 2001 to December 2019 were collected through the National Leprosy Prevention and Management Information System(LEPMIS).A retrospective analysis of the basic situation of newly discovered leprosy cases was carried out.Results From 2001 to 2019,a total of 87 new leprosy cases were found in Jiangmen City,with an average annual detection rate of 0.11/100000.The male-to-female ratio was 1.72:1,and the average age of onset of cases was 45.5 years.The ratio of local household registration to foreign household registration is 5.21:1.Multibacterial type(MB)was found in 73 cases,accounting for 83.91%.The average delay period of the cases was 28 months;16 cases of gradeⅡdisability were found,and the disability rate was 18.39%.Conclusion The prevalence of leprosy in Jiangmen City is relatively stable and low,but there are still problems such as insufficient early detection and leprosy cases in floating population.Relevant preventive measures should be formulated to better control the spread of leprosy.
