摘　　要：为构建全方位、全周期的康复健康服务,某二甲专科医院积极带头示范,引导人民的健康理念从以疾病为中心转变到以健康为中心,积极通过完善区域化康复健康服务体系实践构建一套全链条的康复健康服务的工作模式。但在工作中存在临床高端康复人才不足,群众认可度不高,部门协同性差等问题。作者基于“健康中国”理念,从提高医疗人才培养、加强康复理念宣传和建立区域性分级诊疗机制等方面提出对策,以充分利用各种资源及优势,构建完善的康复健康服务体系实践方案。In order to build a comprehensive and full-cycle rehabilitation health service,a second-class specialized hospital actively took the lead in demonstrating.Guide the people's health concept to change from disease-centered to health-centered,and actively build a full-chain rehabilitation and health service work model by improving the practice of the regionalized rehabilitation and health service system.However,in the work,there are problems such as insufficient clinical high-end rehabilitation talents,low recognition of the masses,and poor coordination between departments.Based on the concept of"Healthy China",the author puts forward countermeasures from the aspects of improving the training of medical personnel,strengthening the publicity of the concept of rehabilitation,and establishing a regional hierarchical diagnosis and treatment mechanism,in order to make full use of various resources and advantages,build a perfect rehabilitation health service system practice plan.
