摘　　要：介绍了方舱型野战医疗队重伤急救帐篷内部布局、人员和物资配置的现状及内部设置存在的问题,提出了“六区六带单通道”改进布局设计,解决了批量伤员救治环节卫生帐篷内救治空间利用率不高,携运医疗设备多且功能重复,人员、物资、信息流动不畅等问题,提高了帐篷内部空间利用率,拓展了野战方舱系统气电供应范围,优化了帐篷内工作秩序和资源配置,提高了伤员的救治效率。The serious injury emergency treatment tent for the shelter medical team was introduced including its internal layout,personnel and materials allocation and the existing problems.Some suggestions involving in six zones,six belts and one single passage were proposed to improve space utilization and eliminate the deficiencies in functional redundancy of carrying medical equipment and flows of personnel,materials and information.The scope of gas and power supply was extended in the field shelter system,and the working order and resource allocation were optimized in the serious injury emergency treatment tent,and thus the efficiency for casualty care was enhanced greatly.
