新生桥国家森林公园风景资源评价及保护对策

摘　　要：从地文资源、水文资源、生物资源、人文资源、天象资源等方面分析了新生桥国家森林公园的风景资源。在此基础上,对风景资源进行了定性评价。从风景资源质量、区域环境质量和旅游开发利用条件三方面对新生桥国家森林公园进行分析和定量评价;得出了新生桥国家森林公园风景资源质量等级为一级,资源价值和旅游价值较高,应加强保护。针对新生桥国家森林公园风景资源的现状,提出了两方面保护措施:生物多样性保护方面对项目区的珍稀特有植物进行挂牌标记,严禁捕猎任何动物,设置生态走廊;生态环境保护方面要保护森林公园范围内各项景观、控制旅游接待规模、加强森林防火管理。The scenic resources of Xinshengqiao National Forest Park are analyzed from the terrestrial resources,hydrological resources,biological resources,human resources and astronomical resources.On this basis,a qualitative evaluation of landscape resources is carried out.This paper analyzes and quantitatively evaluates Xinshengqiao National Forest Park from three aspects-scenic resource quality,regional environmental quality and tourism development and utilization conditions.The analysis shows that the quality level of the scenic resources of Xinshengqiao National Forest Park is first-class.The resource value and tourism value are relatively high,and the protection should be strengthened.Aiming at the current situation of landscape resources in Xinshengqiao National Forest Park,two protection measures are proposed.In terms of biodiversity protection,the rare and endemic plants in the project area are listed and marked;the hunting of any animals is strictly prohibited and ecological corridors are set up.Ecological environmental protection should protect the landscape within the scope of forest parks,control the scale of tourism reception and strengthen forest fire prevention management.
