摘　　要：文章对三明全国按疾病诊断相关分组收付费制度实施的环境分析,从多个方面总结了三明市中西医结合医院该制度实践中的做法,提出了该支付制度下发展中医、发挥中医优势的可能遇到的问题和政策性建议。The implementation environment of Sanming Chinese Diagnosis Related Groups(C-DRG) collection and payment system is analyzed.It summarizes the practices of Sanming integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital in the practice of this system from multiple aspects,and puts forward the possible problems and policy suggestions for developing Chinese medicine and giving full play to its advantages under this payment system.
