摘  要:为避免硫酸钾粉末在储运过程中产生结块、扬尘等问题,方便用户机械施肥,提高肥料的利用率,开展了以转鼓造粒技术生产圆颗粒硫酸钾的研究。试验考察了原料配比、助剂用量、水用量、造粒时间等因素对造粒的影响。结果表明,在下列条件,w(挤压造粒返料)∶w(成品粉料)∶w(旋风除尘返料)=6.00∶2.00∶2.00、助剂总质量分数为3%、水的质量分数约7%、造粒时间为10 min、造粒机转速为35 r/min、烘干时间为50 min、干燥温度为300℃、干燥机转速为30 r/min时,所制圆颗粒硫酸钾产品的质量达到了国家标准《农用硫酸钾》(GB/T 20406—2017)中颗粒状硫酸钾优等品的要求,其中w(K_(2)O)>50%、颗粒强度>15 N,成球合格率在60%以上。In order to avoid caking and dust during the storage and transportation of potassium sulfate powder,facilitate users′mechanical fertilization and improve the utilization rate of fertilizer,the production of round granular potassium sulfate using drum granulation technology has been studied.The effects of raw material ratio,additive dosage,water dosage and granulation time on granulation are investigated.The results show that under the conditions of w(potassium sulfate extrusion granulation return material)∶w(potassium sulfate finished powder)∶w(potassium sulfate cyclone dust removal return material)=6.00∶2.00∶2.00,the mass fraction of additives is 3%,the mass fraction of water is about 7%,the granulation time is 10 min,the rotating speed of granulator is 35 r/min,the drying time is 50 min,the drying temperature is 300℃,and the rotating speed of dryer is 30 r/min,the quality of the prepared globular particle potassium sulfate product meets the requirements of granular potassium sulfate as superior product in the national standard Potassium sulfate for agricultural use(GB/T 20406—2017),w(K_(2)O)>50%,particle strength>15 N,and the qualified rate of balling is more than 60%.
