摘　　要：甲醇裂解制备高纯度氢气装置中的隔膜压缩机多次出现二级膜片损坏的情况,影响了装置的满负荷运行。检查液压油系统、隔膜、活塞环等发现,压缩机发生故障的原因是在装置投运前未对冷却水管道进行彻底的酸洗和水洗,导致管道内存在杂质。采取对隔膜压缩机二级冷却夹套进行清洗,并更换活塞环、支撑环以及相应的膜片和O形圈等措施后,隔膜压缩机运行正常,各项参数平稳,解决了二级膜片频繁损坏的问题。The secondary diaphragm of the diaphragm compressor in the unit for preparing high-purity hydrogen by methanol cracking is often damaged,which affected the full load operation of the unit.After checking the hydraulic oil system,diaphragm,piston ring,etc.,it is found that the failure of the compressor is due to the failure of thorough pickling and water washing of the cooling water pipeline before the unit is put into operation,resulting in impurities in the pipeline.After cleaning the secondary cooling jacket of the diaphragm compressor and replacing the piston ring,support ring,corresponding diaphragm and O-rings,the diaphragm compressor operates normally and various parameters are stable,which solves the problem of frequent damage of the secondary diaphragm.
