摘 要:为判定有机肥生产中发酵后的原料对作物的毒性,开展了测定种子发芽指数(G_(I))的试验。以蒸馏水为对照,发酵谷糠和菌渣堆肥的提取液为试验对象,测定在温度为25℃、湿度为80%的人工气候箱中避光培养48 h的萝卜种子的根长和发芽率,计算G_(I)。结果表明:菌渣堆肥浸提液的G I为66.87%,已基本腐熟;2种发酵谷糠浸提液的G_(I)分别为36.93%、32.85%,腐熟不足,建议进行二次发酵。采用G_(I)判定堆肥的腐熟程度直观、可靠,可用于评价发酵原料的腐熟程度。In order to determine the toxicity of fermented raw materials to crops in the production of organic fertilizer,an experiment is carried out to determine the seed germination index(G_(I)).Using distilled water as a control and extracts of fermented bran and fungus residue compost as the test object,the root length and germination rate of radish seeds cultured for 48 h in an artificial climate box at a temperature of 25℃and a humidity of 80%are measured and G_(I) is calculated.The results show that the G_(I) of the fungus residue compost extract is 66.87%,which is basically decomposed.The G_(I) of the two fermented bran extracts is 36.93% and 32.85% which indicated insufficient decomposition.Therefore,secondary fermentation is recommended.Using G_(I) to determine the maturity degree of compost is both intuitive and reliable.It can be used to evaluate the maturity degree of fermented raw materials.
