摘　　要：吕海江教授在临床辨治内伤头痛时,首辨虚实,次辨不通、不荣则痛,实性头痛常选用通经活络药物;虚性头痛常选用荣养头窍药物。吕教授认为,经行头痛从天癸论治;瘀血头痛常选用通窍活血汤酌加全蝎、蜈蚣、水蛭,多用白芷加细辛、虫类药代替麝香;痰浊头痛常选用健脾化痰法,酌配清肺化痰药;对于上实下虚之头痛,则从乙癸同源治疗;内伤头痛,则从郁论治,调畅情志,调和阴阳。In clinical practice,when treating internal injury headache,Professor Lyu Hai-jiang first identifies deficiency and excess,followed by dredging blockage.He believes that lack of nourishment leads to pain,so in terms of headache with excess syndrome,he often chooses medicines for dredging channels and activating collaterals,while for headache with deficiency syndrome,he usually chooses the ones for nourishing head orifices.According to Professor Lyu,women regard blood as foundation,so he treats headache during menstruation from the sex-stimulating substance.For blood stasis headache,he often adopts Decoction for Dredging Orifices and Activating Blood combined with Quanxie(Scorpio),Wugong(Scolopendra) and Shuizhi(Hirudo),and usually replaces Shexiang(Moschus) with Baizhi(Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) plus Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari) and insect drugs.For phlegm turbidity headache,he often uses the method of invigorating the spleen to resolve phlegm combined with the medicines for clearing the lung and resolving phlegm.For headache with upper excess and lower deficiency,he treats it based on the liver and kidney having the same origin.For internal injury headache,he treats it from depression by regulating emotion and mind,and harmonizing yin and yang.
