摘　　要：经皮冠状动脉介入治疗(percutaneous coronary stent implantation,PCI)是治疗心肌梗死的主要治疗方式之一,但PCI术后患者均存在不同程度的心功能受损或生活质量受限,故PCI术后的心脏康复尤为重要。八段锦、太极拳、五禽戏、易筋经及六字诀等是中国传统运动疗法的重要组成部分,均属于低强度有氧运动,能够有效改善人体的运动功能、心理状态及生活质量,可改善冠心病患者心肌细胞的功能,减少血管收缩,降低血管受损程度,改善微循环及心脏前后负荷,进而达到提高心肺功能的目的,对冠心病患者心脏康复有较好疗效。目前,鲜有研究报道传统运动疗法对心脏康复的具体作用机制及关键靶点,今后应进行深入研究。Percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) is one of the main treatment methods for myocardial infarction,but patients after PCI can have varying degrees of impaired cardiac function or limited quality of life,so cardiac rehabilitation after PCI is particularly important.Eight-section brocade,taijiquan,five fauna-mimic frolics,sinew-transforming exercise,and six-character formula are important components of Chinese traditional exercise therapy.They all belong to low-intensity aerobic exercise,which can effectively improve the motor function,psychological state and quality of life of human body,enhance the function of cardiomyocytes in patients with coronary heart disease,reduce the contraction of blood vessels and the damage of blood vessels,improve the microcirculation and the front and rear load of the heart,so as to improve the cardiopulmonary function,which has a good effect on the cardiac rehabilitation.At present,few studies have reported the specific mechanism and key targets of traditional exercise therapy on cardiac rehabilitation.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research in the future.
