摘　　要：慢性鼻-鼻窦炎(chronic rhinosinusitis,CRS)是鼻腔及鼻窦黏膜的慢性炎症,包括慢性鼻-鼻窦炎不伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps,CRSsNP)和慢性鼻-鼻窦炎伴鼻息肉(chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps,CRSwNP)。中医治疗CRS主要包括:辨证论治、专方验方、中成药、针灸、耳穴贴压、中药鼻腔雾化和中药鼻腔冲洗、穴位按摩等;西医治疗主要包括糖皮质激素、抗生素、抗过敏药物、黏液溶解促排剂、手术治疗等。中西医结合治疗是目前治疗CRS的重要手段,但存在以下问题:相关临床文献较少,尚无临床指南,且中医药治疗CRS的作用机制还不明确。今后,需要行多中心、大样本的临床研究,进一步深入探讨中医药治疗CRS的作用机制,为中西医结合治疗CRS提供科学依据。Chronic rhinosinusitis(CRS) is a chronic inflammation of nasal cavity and sinus mucosa,including chronic rhinosinusitis without nasal polyps(CRSsNP) and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps(CRSwNP).The treatments of CRS with TCM mainly include:syndrome differentiation and treatment,special and proven formula,Chinese patent medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,auricular point sticking,nasal atomization of Chinese medicinals,acupoint massage,etc.While Western medicine treatments mainly include glucocorticoids,antibiotics,anti-allergic drugs,mucolysis and excretion promoting agents,surgical treatment,etc.Integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is an important treatment for CRS,but there are the following problems:there is few relevant clinical literature,and no clinical guide,and the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of CRS is not clear.In the future,it is necessary to conduct multi-center and large sample clinical research to further explore the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of CRS,so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment of CRS with integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
