双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎的疗效。方法选取2017年6月至2020年5月本院收治的100例慢性乙型肝炎患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。观察组给予双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合异甘草酸镁治疗,对照组给予异甘草酸镁治疗,比较两组治疗效果、肝功能指标及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为90.0%,高于对照组的74.0%(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组ALT、AST和TBIL水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论双歧杆菌三联活菌胶囊联合异甘草酸镁治疗慢性乙型肝炎可提高治疗效果,改善肝功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 100 patients with chronic hepatitis B who were admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to May 2020 were selected as the research subjects,and they were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group was given Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate,while the control group was given magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate.The therapeutic effects,changes in liver function indexes and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 90.0%,which was higher than 74.0% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable capsule combined with magnesium isoglycyrrhizinate in the treatment of chronic hepatitis B can improve the therapeutic effect and liver function,which is worthy of clinical application.
