摘  要:为研究沙地柏根际促生细菌(PGPR)玫瑰色考克氏菌SDB9与玉米互作后对玉米生长的影响,本试验选取陕单636为研究对象,在不施肥条件下,将浓度为1×106-107CFU/mL的菌液浇施在三叶期玉米的根部,在玉米抽雄期后,于试验及对照两组果穗茎节处取得鲜叶,测定叶片内的SOD、POD和CAT活性、MDA含量、脯氨酸含量;在玉米完熟期选取整株长势一致的植株,测定两组农艺性状指标和相同部位的根、茎、叶及籽粒的氮、磷、钾的平均含量,还有土壤中的氮、磷、钾含量。结果显示,与对照相比,接种SDB9的玉米的POD活性增加47%-67%,其它4个指标差异均不显著;玉米营养器官生长更加旺盛,产量提高14.58%;土壤中的氮、磷差异不显著,但是钾含量提高57.02%,差异显著。因此,推测玫瑰色考克氏菌SDB9与玉米互作后,能促进玉米的生长发育、提高耐受性,增产且能对根际土壤有解钾作用。In order to study the effect of plant growth promoting rhizobacteria(PGPR)Kocuria rosea SDB9 on maize growth after interaction with maize,Shandan636 is selected as the research object.Under the condition of no fertilization,bacterial solution with the concentration of 1×106-107 CFU/mL is applied to the roots of three-leaf maize.After tasseling stage of maize,fresh leaves are obtained from the stem nodes of the experimental and control groups,and the activities of SOD,POD,CAT,MDA content and proline content in the leaves are measured.This study selects the plants with similar growth in the whole plant at the completion stage of maize,and measures the relevant data of the two groups of agronomic characters,the average content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in roots,stems,leaves and grains at the same position,as well as the content of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium in soil.The results show that compared with the control,the POD activity of maize inoculated with SDB9 increases by 47~67%,and the other four indexes have no significant difference.The vegetative organs of maize grow more vigorously,and the yield increases by 14.58%.The difference of nitrogen and phosphorus in soil is not significant,but the content of potassium increases by 57.02%.Therefore,it is speculated that the interaction between Kocuria rosea SDB9 and maize can promote the growth and development of maize,improve tolerance,increase yield and hydrolyze potassium in rhizosphere soil.
