摘  要:本文通过对比我国现有一些石膏分析标准并结合实际运用,介绍了石灰石/石膏湿法脱硫系统中二水硫酸钙的两种测定方法;为了对灼烧重量法选择的试验温度值进行论证,选择380℃为本研究试验温度值,对脱硫建筑石膏三相进行分析,二水石膏脱水过程从煅烧温度220℃开始没有明确的相变规律,水化性质不稳定,质量不易控制;同时用标准方法对比重测定法和改进后的灼烧重量法进行检验,从准确度、精密度等几个方面进行了对比,通过t检验,表明2种分析方法的测定方法在置信度95%水平不存在显著性差异。In this paper,two determination methods of calcium sulfate dihydrate in limestone/gypsum wet FGD system are introduced by comparing the existing gypsum analysis standards in China and combining with practical application;In order to demonstrate the test temperature value selected by ignition gravimetric method,380℃was selected as the test temperature value in this study,three FGD building gypsum phases were analyzed.The dehydration process of dihydrate gypsum has no clear phase change rule from the calcination temperature of 220℃,suggesting that the hydration property is unstable and the quality is not easy to control;At the same time,the standard method was used to test the specific gravity determination method and the improved ignition gravimetric method,and the accuracy and precision were compared.The t-test showed that there was no significant difference between the two analytical methods at the 95%confidence level.
