调理脾胃针法联合电针治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对神经传导功能影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨调理脾胃针法联合电针治疗脾肾阳虚型糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效及对神经传导功能影响。方法:随机将本院收治的脾肾阳虚型糖尿病周围神经病变患者190例分为对照组(95例,电针疗法)和治疗组(95例,调理脾胃针法联合电针),对比治疗后临床疗效、临床症状评分、TCSS评分、MDNS评分、神经传导速度及血清NO和ET-1水平。结果:治疗后治疗组临床疗效较对照组明显较高(P<0.05);两组治疗前临床症状评分、TCSS评分和MDNS评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组MDNS评分、TCSS评分和临床症状评分较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组MDNS评分、TCSS评分和临床症状评分较对照组降低较明显(P<0.05);两组治疗前腓总神经的SNCV和MNCV比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗后腓总神经SNCV和MNCV较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05);且治疗组腓总神经SNCV和MNCV较对照组明显较高(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清NO水平较治疗前明显升高,血清ET-1水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);且治疗组血清NO水平较对照组明显较高,血清ET-1水平较对照组明显较低(P<0.05)。结论:采用调理脾胃针法联合电针治疗糖尿病周围神经病变具有较好的治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of regulating Spleen and Stomach acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture on diabetic peripheral neuropathy(DPN)of Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney and its influence to nerve conduction function.Methods:190 DPN cases of Yang deficiency of Spleen and Kidney were randomly divided into the control group(n=95)and the treatment group(n=95).The control group was treated with electro-acupuncture group;on which basis,the treatment group was also treated with regulating Spleen and Stomach acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture.Clinical efficacy,clinical symptom score,TCSS score,MDNS score,nerve conduction velocity and serum levels of NO and ET-1 were compared between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in clinical symptom score,TCSS score and MDNS score between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);which were significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the decreases were more significant in the treatment group than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no statistical differences in SNCV and MNCV of common peroneal nerve between the two groups before the treatment(P>0.05);which were significantly increased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05),and the increases were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).The serum level of NO was significantly increased,and the serum level of ET-1 was significantly decreased after the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);of which the improvements were more significant in the treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Regulating Spleen and Stomach acupuncture combined with electro-acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect in the treatment of DPN.
