摘 要:针对多层粘接材料深层界面脱粘检测问题,使用超声谐振检测法进行研究。基于弹簧质量模型分析超声谐振检测的基本原理。在有限元软件中建立某构件二界面脱粘的声谐振检测模型,得到不同大小缺陷以及无缺陷条件下的检测信号,计算得出模型的谐振频率曲线,分析比较典型谐振频率下信号的衰减程度。使用超声谐振检测仪对置有不同大小尺寸人工缺陷试件进行检测,得到其检测的A扫描信号。通过引入对比度这一概念量化检测效果,使用4种不同的评价标准来比较区分度,均具有较好的效果。使用机械手平台进行自动化扫查实验,得到人工缺陷样件的C扫描图。结论显示,仿真结果和实验结果较为一致,在0.1 MHz检测频率下的效果较好,缺陷波信号的能量明显大于无缺陷波信号的能量,能够检测出Φ5 mm以上的脱粘缺陷,脱粘缺陷尺寸对A扫波形的影响并不显著。To solve the problem of deep interface debonding detection of multilayer adhesive materials,the ultrasonic resonance detection method was used.The principles of ultrasonic resonance NDT was analyzed based on spring-mass model.In the finite element software,a second-interface debonding resonance detection model was established,and the detection signals of different size defects and defect-free conditions were obtained,the resonance frequency curve of the model was calculated,and the attenuation degree of signals at typical resonant frequencies was analyzed and compared.Low-frequency resonance NDT detector is used to detect the specimens with artificial defects of different sizes,and the A-scan signals are obtained.The concept of contrast was introduced to quantify the detection effect,and four different evaluation criteria were used to compare the degree of discrimination,which all achieved good results.Automated scanning experiments were carried out using the robot platform,and the C-scan images of the artificial defect samples were obtained.The conclusion shows that the simulation results are relatively consistent with the experimental results.The effect is better at the detection frequency of 0.1 MHz.The energy of the defect wave signal is significantly greater than that of the non-defect wave signal.Debonding defects overΦ5 mm can be detected,but debonding defects the influence of size on the A-scan signal is not significant.
