摘 要:为提高水轮机调速器电液随动系统运行可靠性,解决系统运行过程中常见故障在初发阶段难以判断的问题,提出一种基于SimHydraulics软件的水轮机调速器电液随动系统故障仿真与分析方法。首先基于SimHydraulics软件建立电液随动系统仿真模型;其次通过设置各液压元件的参数,模拟液压系统中常见故障;最后结合仿真数据的方差定量运算,分析系统在不同状态下活塞杆运动和响应特性曲线。仿真结果表明:该模型能够有效模拟电液随动系统的动态特性,通过对故障特征仿真进行结果分析,可直观判断出不同故障发生的位置、原因以及对系统运行的影响程度,可为后续检修及预防工作提供有效理论依据。In order to improve the operating reliability of the hydro-turbine governor electro-hydraulic servo system and solve the problem that common faults are difficult to judge at the initial stage during system operation,a simulation and fault simulation of the hydro-turbine governor electro-hydraulic servo system based on SimHydraulics software is proposed.First,establish a simulation model of the electro-hydraulic servo system based on SimHydraulics software;secondly,by setting the parameters of each hydraulic component,simulate common faults in the hydraulic system;finally,combine the quantitative calculation of the variance of the simulation data to analyze the piston rod motion and response characteristics of the system under different conditions curve.The simulation results show that the model can effectively simulate the dynamic characteristics of the electro-hydraulic servo system.By analyzing the results of the fault characteristic simulation,it is possible to intuitively judge the location of different faults,their causes and the degree of influence on the operation of the system,provide effective theoretical basis for follow-up maintenance and prevention work.
