摘  要:超声温度传感器被广泛应用于航空发动机等高温测试领域。不同于传统温度传感器,国内外对该类型温度传感器测试技术研究较少。为解决上述问题,设计一种超声温度传感器测试系统,系统由高温检定炉、被测传感器、超声脉冲发射/接收系统和计算机等组成。研究表明系统测试温度上限可达1800℃,在600~1800℃范围内温度波动小于0.24℃/min。利用该系统完成自制蓝宝石超声温度传感器的测试,结果表明该系统能够有效解决压电式超声温度传感器的测试难题,满足未来超声温度传感器在高温领域的应用需求。Ultrasonic temperature sensors were widely used in the fields of high temperature testing of aeroengines.Compared with the traditional temperature sensors,there was little research on the testing technology of the type of temperature sensors.An ultrasonic temperature sensor test system was designed to solve the above problems.The system was composed of a high-temperature calibration furnace,testing sensors,an ultrasonic pulse transmitting and receiving system,and a computer.The upper limit of the temperature could reach 1800℃.And the temperature fluctuation was less than 0.24℃per minute in the range of 600-1800℃.The test of a sapphire ultrasonic temperature sensors was completed using the system.The results showed that the system could effectively solve the testing problems of piezoelectric ultrasonic temperature sensors.In the future,many kinds of ultrasonic temperature sensors could be tested by the system in the high temperature fields.
