摘　　要：社会组织与党、政府、企业等主体进行充分互动,通过社会资本孵化与金融资本集聚的接续性整合机制、政治资本引导与制度资本支撑的叠加性整合机制、创新共同体与国外技术资本合作的跨界性整合机制,建构起有助于经济创新的共同体生态。要充分发挥社会组织对经济创新共同体构建的整合作用,公益精神与企业家精神要加强配合,在创新动力上实现“双轮”驱动;制度性保障和靶向性服务要加强互补,在创新条件上实现“双向”支撑;政治引领和自治性治理要互相增能,在创新目标上实现“双赢”结果。Social organizations fully interact with the party,government,enterprises and other subjects.Through the continuous Integrating mechanism of social capital incubation and financial capital agglomeration,the superimposed Integrating mechanism of political capital guidance and institutional capital support,and the cross-border Integrating mechanism of cooperation of the innovation community with foreign technical capital,a community conducive to economic innovation is constructed.We should give full play to the Integrating role of social organizations in the construction of innovation community,strengthen the combination of commonweal spirit and entrepreneurship,realize the“two wheel”driving in innovation power;strengthen the complementarity of government’s institutional support and social organization’s targeted services,realize the“two-way”support in innovation conditions;enhance the mutual empowerment of the party’s political guidance and social organization’s autonomous governance,and achieve the“winwin”result in innovation goals.
