都市想象与视觉现代性——以清末民初上海特色戏为视角

摘　　要：清末民初海派京剧中产生了一种较为特殊的剧目类型,该类剧作具有明显的上海本地特色,统称为上海特色戏。上海特色戏勾勒出沪城的都市文化样貌,展现了清末民初炫目现代而内涵丰富的世界景观。无论是在题材内容上还是舞美手段上,其皆体现出在视觉现代性上的种种尝试,呈现出明显的写实审美倾向,透露着清末民初社会转型背景下时人对这个时代与世界的现代想象,而观众亦借由这些剧作的视觉展示,形成新的上海认同。新的现代主体也正是在这一观看经验中诞生的。In late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,Shanghai style Peking Opera produced a special type of repertoire,which has obvious Shanghai local characteristics,collectively known as Shanghai style opera.Shanghai style opera outlines the urban culture of Shanghai,and shows the dazzling modern and rich world landscape in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China.No matter in the subject matter,content or means of dancing,it embodies all kinds of attempts in visual modernity,showing obvious realistic aesthetic tendency,revealing people’s modern imagination of the times and the world under the background of social transformation in late Qing Dynasty and early Republic of China,and the audience also forms a new Shanghai identity through the visual display of plays.It is in this experience that a new modern subject is born.
