分析糖脂平汤颗粒冲服治疗2型糖尿病并血脂代谢紊乱的临床效果

摘　　要：目的分析2型糖尿病并血脂代谢紊乱患者糖脂平汤颗粒治疗的效果。方法选择该院在2019年12月—2020年12月收治的2型糖尿病并血脂代谢紊乱患者74例进行研究,对其临床资料进行回顾性分析。采用随机单盲法分组,每组37例。对照组采用常规药物治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合糖脂平汤颗粒。对比两组患者治疗效果及胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖的水平。结果对照组治疗有效率为78.38%,观察组治疗有效率为94.59%。观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组患者胆固醇为(6.8±1.7)mmol/L,三酰甘油为(3.5±0.9)mmol/L,空腹血糖为(8.1±1.8)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(11.4±3.7)mmol/L;观察组患者胆固醇为(6.0±1.5)mmol/L,三酰甘油为(2.7±0.8)mmol/L,空腹血糖为(7.3±1.5)mmol/L,餐后2 h血糖(9.2±3.5)mmol/L。观察组胆固醇、三酰甘油、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖数据较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组患者不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论糖脂平汤颗粒在治疗2型糖尿病并血脂代谢紊乱的效果显著,改善血脂和血糖情况,而且安全度高。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of Tangzhipingtang granules in patients with type 2 diabetes and dyslipidemia. Methods 74 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia treated in the hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected for the study, and their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Each group was divided into 37 patients with single blindness. The control group was treated with conventional medicine, and the observation group was combined with Tangzhiping tang granule on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effect, cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose levels were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of treatment was 78.38% in control group and 94.59%in observation group. The treatment effective rate of observation group was higher than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). In control group, cholesterol was(6.8±1.7) mmol/L, triglyceride was(3.5±0.9)mmol/L, fasting blood glucose was(8.1±1.8) mmol/L, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(11.4±3.7) mmol/L.In observation group, cholesterol was(6.0±1.5) mmol/L, triglyceride was(2.7±0.8) mmol/L, fasting blood glucose was(7.3±1.5) mmol/L, and 2 h postprandial blood glucose was(9.2±3.5) mmol/L. Cholesterol, triglyceride, fasting blood glucose and 2 h postprandial blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), while there was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion Tangzhipingtang granules are effective in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus with dyslipidemia, improve blood lipids and blood glucose, and have a high degree of safety.
