糖尿病合并尿路感染患者的护理干预有效性分析

摘　　要：目的分析糖尿病(DM)合并尿路感染患者的护理干预有效性。方法选取该院2019年4月—2021年4月收治的80例DM合并尿路感染患者,按照随机抽签法分为对照组和干预组,两组均给予常规治疗,对照组实行基础护理,干预组基于基础护理上进行护理干预,对比两组的护理满意度、护理依从性及正确认知行为情况。结果干预组的护理总满意率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组护理的总依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组的正确认知行为率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DM合并尿路感染患者的护理干预有效性显著,能提高患者的护理满意度依从性及对疾病知识的认知与健康行为率,利于缓解消除尿路感染症状与血糖控制,值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nursing intervention for patients with diabetes(DM) combined with urinary tract infection. Methods A total of 80 patients with DM and urinary tract infection admitted to the hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected, and were divided into a control group and an intervention group according to a random lottery method. Both groups were given conventional treatment. The control group received basic nursing care. The intervention group carried out nursing intervention based on basic nursing. The nursing satisfaction, nursing dependence and correct cognitive behaviors of the two groups were compared. Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), and the total deperdencey of nursing in the intervention group was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). The correct cognitive behavior rate of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The effectiveness of nursing intervention for patients with DM combined with urinary tract infection is significant. It can improve the patient’s nursing satisfaction, compliance and cognition of disease knowledge and healthy behavior rate. It is beneficial to alleviate the symptoms of urinary tract infection and control blood sugar, and it is worthy of promotion and application.
