度洛西汀在糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的探讨度洛西汀对糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者的临床效果。方法选择2018年1月—2021年2月期间于该院接受治疗的100例糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者,将其分为对照组(阿米替林组)和研究组(度洛西汀组)。比较两组治疗4周后的VAS评分、临床疗效、正中神经、尺神经和腓总神经感觉传导速度、健康转归情况、不良反应发生率。结果研究组治疗后的VAS评分、日常活动、正常工作、行走能力、与他人关系、情绪、生活乐趣和睡眠影响评分、不良反应发生率均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);正中神经、尺神经和腓总神经感觉传导速度、总有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论度洛西汀对糖尿病周围神经病变性疼痛患者具有镇痛、改善健康转归情况、提高感觉神经传导速度的临床效果,且不良反应发生率低。Objective To explore the clinical effect of duloxetine on patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain. Methods A total of 100 diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain patients who were treated in the hospital from January 2018 to February 2021 were selected and divided into a control group(amitriptyline group) and a study group(duloxetine group). The VAS score, clinical efficacy, median nerve, ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve sensory conduction velocity, health outcome, and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups after 4 weeks of treatment. Results After treatment, the VAS score, daily activities, normal work, walking ability,relationship with others, mood, joy of life, sleep impact score, and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the sensory conduction velocity of median nerve, ulnar nerve and common peroneal nerve and total effective rate were significantly higher than those of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Duloxetine has the clinical effects of analgesia, improving health outcomes, and increasing sensory nerve conduction velocity in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathic pain, and has a low incidence of adverse reactions.
