良性前列腺增生合并逼尿肌无力急性尿潴留患者应用膀胱功能恢复法的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨良性前列腺增生合并逼尿肌无力急性尿潴留患者应用膀胱功能恢复法的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年8月在广宁县人民医院就诊的80例良性前列腺增生合并逼尿肌无力急性尿潴留患者作为研究对象,按照随机数表法分为两组,对照组40例予以常规术后康复训练,研究组40例加以膀胱功能恢复法。比较两组逼尿肌压力、残余尿、最大尿流率、膀胱自主功能恢复效果,以及膀胱功能满意度等情况。结果干预后两组逼尿肌压力、最大尿流率均高于干预前,且研究组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后两组残余尿均低于干预前,且研究组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组无尿潴留、自行排尿、规律排尿比例分别为87.50%、75.00%、72.50%均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.591、5.333、7.365,P<0.05)。研究组膀胱功能满意度等级优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论膀胱功能恢复法应用于良性前列腺增生合并逼尿肌无力急性尿潴留患者中改善逼尿肌压力、提高最大尿流率、降低残余尿、促进膀胱自主功能恢复,患者膀胱满意度等级较高。Objective To investigate the effect of bladder function recovery in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with detrusor weakness and acute urinary retention.Methods A total of 80 patients with benign pro static hyperplasia combined with detrusor weakness and acute urinary retention in Guangning County People’s Hospital from January 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into two groups.40 cases in the control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation training,and 40 cases in the study group received bladder function recovery method.The detrusor pressure,residual urine,maximum urine flow rate,recovery effect of bladder autonomous function,and satisfaction with bladder function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the detrusor pressure and maximum urine flow rate of the two groups were higher than before the intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the residual urine of the two groups was lower than that before the intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The proportions of non-urinary retention,spontaneous urination,and regular urination in the study group were 87.50%,75.00%,and 72.50% respectively higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.591,5.333,7.365,P<0.05).The bladder function satisfaction level of the study group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The bladder function recovery method is used in patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia combined with detrusor weakness and acute urinary retention to improve the detrusor pressure,increase the maximum urine flow rate,reduce residual urine,and promote the recovery of bladder autonomous function.The bladder satisfaction level
