摘  要:目的探究吡非尼酮与乙酰半胱氨酸联合应用在特发性肺纤维化患者治疗中的临床效果。方法随机抽取2018年1月—2021年4月该院收治的62例自愿加入研究的特发性肺纤维化患者作为该次研究观察对象。采用随机数表法对其进行平均分组,对照组31例,观察组31例。对照组患者均在饭后服用乙酰半胱氨酸颗粒治疗,观察组则服用吡非尼酮联合乙酰半胱氨酸治疗。连续治疗4个月后,对两组患者治疗前后最大呼气流量(PEF)、一秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)在内的肺功能指标与Ⅲ型胶原(Ⅲ-C)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)、透明质酸(HA)在内的肺纤维化指标进行检测,对比两组患者临床治疗有效性。结果治疗后,观察组PEF、FEV1指标均更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经治疗,观察组患者肺纤维化指标更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床治疗总有效率(93.55%)明显较对照组(70.97%)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05)。结论针对特发性肺纤维化患者,临床治疗过程中,可应用吡非尼酮与乙酰半胱氨酸联合治疗,有助于积极改善患者肺部功能指标与肺纤维化指标,提高临床治疗有效性,值得临床广泛推广与应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of pirfenidone and acetylcysteine in the treatment of patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis.Methods From January 2018 to April 2021,62 patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis who voluntarily joined the study were randomly selected as the observation objects of the study.The random number table method was used to divide them into groups,namely,31 cases in the control group and 31 cases in the observation group.Patients in the control group were treated with acetylcysteine granules after meals,and the observation group was treated with pirfenidone combined with acetylcysteine.After 4 months of continuous treatment,the lung function indexes including the maximum expiratory flow(PEF) and forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1) and type Ⅲ collagen(Ⅲ-C) and type Ⅳ collagen(Ⅳ-C),hyaluronic acid(HA) and other indicators of pulmonary fibrosis are tested.Compared the effectiveness of clinical treatment between the two groups of patients.Results After treatment,the PEF and FEV1 indexes of the observation group were higher,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pulmonary fibrosis indexes of the observation group were lower,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(93.55%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(70.97%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.415,P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis,the combination of pirfenidone and acetylcysteine can be used in the process of clinical treatment,which is helpful to actively improve the patients’ lung function indexes and pulmonary fibrosis indexes,and improve the effectiveness of clinical treatment.It is worthy of extensive clinical promotion and application.
