系统护理干预对慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者药物治疗效果的影响

摘　　要：目的分析慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者治疗期间护理需求,评价系统护理干预对患者药物治疗效果等方面的影响。方法选择我院消化内科2020年7月一2021年3月诊治的慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者120例,药物治疗基础上按照随机数字表法分为常规组(常规护理)、干预组(系统护理干预),各60例。比较2组慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者的护理效果,包括治疗效果、护理满意度以及情绪评分、生活质量评分。结果干预组慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者的治疗总有效率、护理满意度以及生活质量评分均明显高于常规组(P<0.05),干预组抑郁自评量表(SDS)与焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论药物治疗辅助系统护理干预可以促进慢性胃炎及胃溃疡患者情绪、生活质量改善,从而提高治疗效果,满意度高。Objective To analyze the nursing needs of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer during treatment and evaluate the effect of systematic nursing intervention on drug treatment.Methods One hundred and twenty patients who were diagnosed with and treated for chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer in the Department of Gastroenterology,Daqing Oilfield General Hospital from July 2020 to March 2021 were enrolled.On the basis of drug therapy,they were randomly divided into a routine nursing group(n=60)and a systematic nursing intervention group(n=60).The nursing effects,including the treatment effects,nursing satisfaction,emotional scores,and quality of life scores,between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate,nursing satisfaction,and quality of life score of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer in the systematic nursing intervention group were significantly higher than those of the routine nursing group(P<0.05),while the scores on self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention after drug therapy can improve the mood and quality of life of patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer,thereby improving the treatment effect and satisfaction.
