摘 要:为研究导叶数与转轮叶片数匹配对超低比转速斜流式水轮机性能的影响,设计了25种不同导叶数与转轮叶片数匹配的模型,在不同工况下对模型进行模拟计算,分析模型的外特性曲线和内流场。结果显示:当超低比转速斜流式水轮机的导叶数为19、转轮叶片数为20时,水轮机水力效率最高。不同工况相比,设计工况下的压力分布最为均匀,流体流动最为良好。In order to study the influence of the matching number of guide vanes and runner blades on the performance of ultra-low specific speed diagonal turbine,25 models with different number of guide vanes and runner blades are designed.The model is simulated and calculated under different working conditions,and the external characteristic curve and internal flow field of the model are analyzed.The results show that when the number of guide vanes of ultra-low specific speed diagonal flow turbine is 19 and the number of runner blades is 20,the hydraulic efficiency of the turbine is the highest.Compared under different working conditions,the pressure distribution is the most uniform and the fluid flow is the best under the design condition.
