县级政府市场监督管理机构职能履行问题探析

摘　　要：县级政府市场监督管理机构履行机构自身职能与进一步构建县级市场安全平稳运行秩序,营造公平有序市场环境息息相关。自我国县级市场监督管理机构成立以来,各地县级市场监督管理机构高度重视自身职能履行,在多方面取得了显著成效,但是还存在市场监督管理制度环境缺失、机构人员数量与质量不足以及市场监管服务意识不强等难点问题。为此,我国各县级政府市场监督管理机构需从继续推进机构改革、有效营造制度环境、加强组织建设以及主动推进市场监督管理机构信息公开等方面入手,着力破解当前我国县级政府市场监督管理机构职能履行难题,让市场监督管理在助力县域经济发展,保障人民生活安定中真正发挥出应有的作用。The performance of the functions of the market supervision and administration institutions of county governments is related to building a safe and stable operation order of the county-level market and creating a fair and orderly market environment.Since the establishment of China’s county-level market supervision and management institutions,local county market supervision and management institutions have attached great importance to the performance of their functions and achieved remarkable results in many aspects.However,there are still some difficult problems,such as the lack of market supervision and management system environment,the insufficient number and quality of institutional personnel,and the weak awareness of market supervision and service.Therefore,it’s necessary to promote institutional reform,create an institutional environment,strengthen organizational construction and promote the information disclosure of municipal institutions,strive to solve the current problems in the performance of the functions so that the market supervision and management can help the development of county economy.We play our due role in ensuring the stability of people’s lives.
