摘  要:贵州某金矿石金品位为9.20 g/t,矿石中的金主要以单体金和连生金的形式存在,分布率为73.75%,硫化物中的金分布率为18.00%,其他为氧化物和硅酸盐包裹金;矿石中金属矿物主要为黄铁矿,脉石矿物主要为石英;金多以自然金的形式产于石英间隙及硫化物中,呈不规则粒状、圆粒状产出,主要载体矿物为黄铁矿;自然金的嵌布形式以裂隙金、晶隙金为主,包裹金少量。为了确定矿石的合理选矿工艺,进行了选矿试验。结果表明,矿石在磨矿细度为-0.074 mm70%的情况下,采用1次离心机重选,1粗3精3扫、中矿顺序返回浮选流程处理,可获得金品位158.54 g/t、回收率24.51%的重选精矿,金品位100.54 g/t、回收率64.80%的浮选精矿,总精矿金品位111.76 g/t、回收率89.31%。尾矿中的金主要被氧化物和硅酸盐矿物包裹,其进一步解离与回收将另文介绍。The goldgrade of agoldoreinGuizhou was 9.20 g/t.The goldintheores mainly existed in the form of single and aggregate gold,accounting for 73.35%.The gold in sulfide accounted for 18.00%,and the others were the wrapped gold in oxide and silicate minerals.The metal mineralsin the ore are mainly pyrite andthe gangue minerals are mainly quartz.The gold originated in quartz gap and sulfide in the form of natural gold,which was irregular granular round granular,and the main carrier mineral was pyrite.The embedding form of the natural gold is mainly fracture and crystal fissure gold,less wrapped gold.Beneficiation tests were carried out for the determinationof the reasonable beneficiation process of the ore.The results showed that when the grinding fineness was-0.074 mm accounting for 70%,the concentrate in gravity separation with gold grade of 158.54 g/t and recovery rate of 24.51%and the concentrate in flotation with gold grade of 100.54 g/t and recovery rate of 64.80%were obtained after once gravity separation with centrifugal machine and the flotation process of one roughing,three cleaning and three scavenging,middling returning to closed circuit in sequence.The combined concentrate with gold grade of 111.76 g/t and recovery rate of 89.31%was obtained.The gold in tailings is mainly encapsulated by oxide and silicate minerals,and its further dissociation and recovery would be described in another paper.
