摘 要:某企业现场氰化尾渣原处理工艺为铅锌矿浮选—洗涤脱氰—酸化预处理—黄铁矿浮选,浮硫是将铅锌浮选尾矿过滤,滤饼调浆后进一步用硫酸调节矿浆pH=2.5~3,搅拌1.5 h后再用氢氧化钠调节矿浆pH=5~6,然后采用1粗2扫1精流程浮硫,仅获得硫品位41.55%、回收率66.25%的硫精矿。为解决现场硫精矿难以销售的问题,进行了工艺优化研究,结果表明,造成现场硫精矿品位和回收率低的主要原因是硫化物被氰化物抑制,其次是浮选矿浆的酸碱度不合理;现场浮硫给矿总氰洗涤不充分的原因与洗涤碱度有关,试验确定的洗涤矿浆pH=10;被氰化作用抑制的硫铁矿的酸洗活化pH=4左右、浮选pH=5左右;工艺优化后硫浮选给矿浆易释放氰含量不超过80 mg/L,优化后的生产工艺指标显著提高,精矿硫品位从41.55%提高至44.87%,回收率从66.25%提高至88.89%,尾矿硫品位从16.42%显著下降至5.00%。这将极大地改善硫精矿的销售状况。The original treatment process for cyanidation slag of an enterprise on site is flotation for lead-zinc ores,washing for decyanation,acidification pre-treatment and flotation for pyrite.The sulfur flotation process is as follow:lead and zinc tailings was filtrated firstly.Then,the pH of the pulp was further adjusted between 2.5~3 after concentration adjustment of the filter cake.Next,the solution was stirring for 1.5 h and adjusted the pH between 5~6 with sodium hydroxide.Finally,the sulfur concentrate with sulfur grade of 41.55%and recovery rate of 66.25%was obtained after one roughing,two scavenging and two cleaning.In order to solve the sale problem of the sulfur concentrate on the site,the process optimization research was carried out.The results showed that:the main reason for the low grade and recovery of sulfur concentrate on site is the inhibition of sulphide by cyanide.Secondly,the pH of flotation pulp is unreasonable.The reason for insufficient washing of total cyanide of floating sulfur feeding on site is related to washing alkalinity,and the pH of washing pulp determined by experiment is 10.The acidizing activation pH of the pyrite restrained by the cyanidation is about 4 and the flotation pH is about 5.The contents of easily released cyanide of flotation pulp by the optimizing process does not exceed 80 mg/L,and the production process indexes after optimization is significantly improved.The sulfur grade of concentrate improves from 41.55%to 44.87%and its recovery rate improves from 66.25%to 88.89%.The sulfur contents of tailings decreased significantly from 16.42%to 5.00%.The sales of sulfur concentrate has been greatly improved.
