摘　　要：山东某黄金尾矿粒度较细,+0.71 mm仅占0.49%,-0.030 mm占26.72%;主要矿物为石英,其次为长石、绢云母、方解石和滑石,SiO_(2)含量高达72.70%,石英主要为拉长片状集合体,部分呈单晶粒独立分布,大多与长石、绢云母等一同分布,呈细粒砂状零散分布在绢云母中,或分布在长石晶粒间以及硅质岩屑中。为从该二次资源中获得后续加工成本较低的低碱水泥用硅质校正原料,对试样进行了石英回收试验。结果表明,试样采用水力沉降法预先脱泥、中磁选预富集、浮选富集石英工艺处理,最终获得产率32.28%,SiO_(2)含量81.71%,Fe_(2)O_(3)含量0.32%,Al_(2)O_(3)含量9.51%的石英精矿,满足低碱水泥用硅质校正原料品质要求。A gold tailing in Shandong Province was with fine grain.The grain size over 0.71 mm accounted for 0.49%and size less than 0.030 mm accounted for 26.72%.The main minerals were quartz,followed by feldspar,sericite,calcite and talc,and the contents of SiO_(2)reached 72.70%.Quartz were mainly showed as elongated flaked aggregate,some of them were single grain independent distribution.Most of quartz distributed with feldspar,sericite and so on,mostly had scattered in sericite with feldspar as fine grain,or existed between grain of feldspar and silicolites.In order to obtain the silico-regulating material used for low alkali cement which is in favor of low cost subsequent processing,the experiment of quartz recovery was studied.The results showed that quartz was enriched after process of pre-desliming by hydro subsiding,preconcentration with magnetic separation and flotation,the quartz concentrate with the yield of 32.28%,SiO_(2)contents of 81.71%,Fe_(2)O_(3)contents of 0.32%,Al_(2)O_(3)contents of 9.51%was obtained,which meets the quality requirements of silico-regulating material used for low alkali cement.
