摘 要:锂辉石矿最常见的选矿方法是浮选法,指出了该方法存在的主要问题包括传统型捕收剂或选择性不佳,或对温度敏感;“难免离子”(Ca^(2+)、Fe^(3+)、Mg^(2+)等)污染矿物表面,使得有用矿物和脉石矿物的可浮性差异变小;调整剂选择性较差,常用抑制剂在抑制脉石矿物的同时对锂辉石也有一定程度的抑制作用。锂辉石浮选药剂技术进展主要体现在锂辉石浮选捕收剂和脉石矿物调整剂方面,捕收剂研究的主要方向是寻找捕收能力强、选择性好、且高效易降解的捕收剂;小分子有机抑制剂所带极性基团的水化性越强、数量越多,其抑制效果越好。浮选新技术研究进展主要体现在自动化程度高、运行稳定、处理能力大的浮选柱的应用和电化学技术推动浮选药剂创新方面。最后介绍了锂辉石矿的其他选矿工艺还包括重介质选矿法、磁选法和联合选矿法。Flotation is the most common separation method for spodumene.It is pointed out that the main problems with the method including that traditional collectors are either poor in selectivity or sensitive to temperature."Unavoidable ions"(like Ca^(2+),Fe^(3+),Mg^(2+)and so on.)contaminates the surface of minerals,making the difference in floatability between useful minerals and gangue minerals smaller.The selectivity of the conditioning agent is poor,and the commonly used inhibitors have a certain degree of inhibition on spodumene while inhibiting gangue minerals.The technical progress of spodumene flotation reagent is mainly reflected in spodumene flotation collector and gangue mineral regulator.The main research direction of collector is to find collectors with strong collection ability,good selectivity,high efficiency and easy degradation.The stronger the hydration is and the more polar groups carried by small molecule organic inhibitors is,the better effect the inhibition has.The research progress of new flotation technology is mainly reflected in the application of flotation column with high degree of automation,stable operation,large processing capacity and the innovation of flotation reagent promoted by electrochemical technology.Finally,other separation processes of spodumene are introduced,including dense medium separation,magnetic separation and combined separation method.
