摘  要:为提高我国冶金渣综合利用水平,实现冶金渣高效、高值综合利用,本文在介绍了各冶金渣(钢铁冶金渣、有色冶炼渣、电解锰渣)的分类、产生及综合利用情况的基础上,分析了冶金渣综合利用相关专利、标准与示范工程情况,着重指出冶金渣综合利用存在利用途径单一、综合利用产品标准缺失,综合利用技术水平有待提高,综合利用产业发展缺乏统一的布置和调控问题,并相应提出了建立健全标准体系,提高综合利用产品市场接受度;加强技术研发,提高钢渣综合利用水平;开展冶金渣综合利用产业低碳发展规划三大建议。In order to improve comprehensive utilization level and realize the high efficiency and high value comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag in China,classification,generation and comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag,including iron and steel metallurgical slag,nonferrous smelting slag and electrolytic manganese slag,were introduced in this paper.On this basis,patents,standards and typical projects related to the comprehensive utilization of metallurgical slag were analyzed.It was emphatically pointed out that problems existing in the comprehensive utilization including the unitary way,a shortage of standards of products,a limited level of the utilizing technology and the lack of an unified layout and regulation.Accordingly,three suggestions were given such as the establishment and amplification of the standard to improve the market acceptance of products,the reinforcement of the technology research to improve the utilization level of steel slag and the development plan formulation in low-carbon for comprehensive utilization industrail.
