摘  要:尾矿利用量是评估尾矿综合利用效率的一项重要基础数据,传统测量方法难以完成大面积尾矿利用量连续测量任务。为此,梅山铁矿的测量技术人员充分利用三维激光扫描技术的快速、精确、灵活的测量特点,快速获取尾矿库内开采区域的点云数据。经过数据解算、坐标匹配、点云抽稀、降噪、与上期数据比较计算,得到每期的尾矿利用量,为生产管理部门分析评价尾矿综合利用率提供了及时准确的数据。三维激光扫描技术提高了尾矿利用量测量的精度和工作效率,为同类测量提供了参考。The tailings utilization is an important basic data for evaluating the comprehensive utilization efficiency of tailings.It is difficult for traditional measurement methods to complete the continuous measurement of large-scale tailings utilization.To this end,the measurement technicians of Meishan Iron Mine make full use of the fast,accurate and flexible measurement characteristics of 3D laser scanning technology to quickly obtain the point cloud data of the mining area in the tailings pond.After data calculation,coordinate matching,point cloud thinning,noise reduction,and comparison with the data of the previous period,the tailings utilization amount of each period is obtained,which provides timely and accurate data for the production management department to analyze and evaluate the comprehensive utilization rate of tailings.The three-dimensional laser scanning technology improves the accuracy and work efficiency of tailings utilization measurement,and provides a reference for similar measurements.
