摘  要:为了解千米超深井大体积混凝土止浆垫施工期间的温度场变化情况,采用有限元分析软件Midas/Gen对其进行仿真分析。计算中考虑了水泥水化热、掺合料、周围环境、入模温度、水冷等因素的影响。结果表明,模拟所得到的温度场数据和实测数据基本吻合,模拟结果对实际工程具有参考价值。结合模拟结果,施工组织者应针对各项问题,选择合理的施工方案和应对措施,以保证工程质量。In order to understand the temperature field changes during the construction of the mass concrete slurry blocking pad in the kilometer ultra-deep well,the finite element analysis software Midas/Gen is used to simulate and analyze it.In the calculation,the influence of factors such as cement hydration heat,admixtures,surrounding environment,mold entry temperature,and water cooling are considered.The results show that the temperature field data obtained by the simulation are basically consistent with the measured data,and the simulation results have reference value for practical engineering.Combined with the simulation results,the construction organizer should select reasonable construction plans and countermeasures for various problems to ensure the quality of the project.
