摘  要:龙桥矿业公司铜锌硫混合精矿因其中的锌矿物成分复杂,导致抑硫浮铜锌效果不理想,硫精矿含锌超标,销售困难。为解决该问题,进行了铜硫分离工艺优化研究,结果表明,混合精矿采用1粗2扫抑硫浮铜锌、铜锌混合粗精矿再磨至-325目90%的情况下2次精选,最终获得Cu品位为21.94%、Zn品位为17.82%、Cu回收率为81.48%、Zn回收率为93.02%的铜锌精矿,S品位为49.09%、Zn含量为0.15%、S回收率为93.01%的硫精矿;铜锌混合粗精矿采用2次粗选流程选铜、铜尾矿1粗2精流程选锌,最终获得Cu品位为28.12%、Zn品位为4.07%、Cu回收率为77.96%、Zn回收率为15.89%的铜精矿,Zn品位为33.98%、Cu品位为6.56%、Zn回收率为42.30%、Cu回收率为5.68%的锌精矿,铜锌分离效果不理想。铜锌混合浮选流程更优,达到了硫精矿提质降杂的目标,并相应改善了铜锌混合精矿指标。Due to the complex composition of zinc minerals of the copper-zinc-sulfur mixed concentrate in Longqiao mining company,the effect of sulfur inhibiting and copper-zinc floating is not ideal.The zinc contents of sulfur concentrate exceeds the standard,causing difficult in sale.In order to solve the problem,the optimization of copper-sulfur separation process was studied.One roughing and two scavenging was adopted in sulfur inhibiting and copper-zinc floating for mixed concentrate,and then regrinding fineness of copper-zinc mixed concentrate is-325 mesh accounting for 90%.The test results showed that the copper-zinc concentrate with Cu grade of 21.94%,Zn grade of 17.82%,Cu recovery rate of 81.48%and Zn recovery rate of 93.02%and the sulfur concentrate with S grade of 49.09%,Zn content of 0.15%and S recovery rate of 93.01%were obtained using two cleaning in the end.The copper-zinc mixed coarse concentrate was separated for copper by two roughing processes,and the copper tailings were separated for zinc by one roughing and two cleaning processes.Finally,the copper concentrate with Cu grade of 28.12%,Zn grade of 4.07%,Cu recovery rate of 77.96%and Zn recovery rate of 15.89%was obtained,and the zinc concentrate with Zn grade of 33.98%,Cu grade of 6.56%,Zn recovery rate of 42.30%and Cu recovery rate of 5.68%was obtained,which indicating the poor separation effect of copper and zinc.The copper zinc mixed flotation process is better,which achieved the goal of improving the quality and reducing impurities for sulfur concentrate,and the indexes of copper-zinc mixed concentrate is improved accordingly.
