摘  要:某选厂过渡时期由于赤铁矿重选工艺系统流程不合理,导致生产指标不理想。为解决该问题开展了选矿流程优化研究,结果表明:①粗细分级沉砂铁品位43.62%,+150目粒级品位较低,大颗粒贫连生体不易在溜槽重选时进入尾矿,影响了重选分选效果。②试样弱磁选预抛尾产率达19.23%,品位仅6.76%;预抛尾精矿1粗1精重选,精矿品位可达64.74%。现场根据试验确定的优化流程进行改造,由于提前抛出了作业产率25.89%、品位7.38%的合格尾矿,使得进入后续重选工艺的矿量显著下降,重选效果得到改善,重选精矿品位从62.34%显著提高至64.74%。The hematite gravity concentration systemprocess in a concentrator is not reasonable,which leads to the unsatisfactory production indexes.Mineralprocessingoptimization was conducted to solve the problem.The results showed that:①the iron grade of coarse and fine fractions classification grit sample is 43.62%and the grade of+150 mesh is lower.The lean intergrowthswith large size are not easy to enter the tailings in the gravity separation with the chute,affecting the effect of the gravity separation.②The yield of low intensity magnetic separation samplesduring pre-discarding reached 19.23%,and the grade is only 6.76%.After gravity separation of one roughing and one cleaning for pre-discarding concentrate,the grade of concentrate reached 64.74%.The reformation was completed based on the optimized flowsheet determined by the test.The quantities of ores in subsequent gravity separation decreased observably due to the pre-discarding of qualified tailings with yield of 25.89%and grade of 7.38%,improving the gravity separation effects,and the grade of concentrate in gravity concentration increased significantly from 62.34%to 64.74%.
